[one_third last="yes"]Will you like to climb mountains. How do you prepare yourself before expeditions?
I like to rock climb. That’s a different thing to climbing mountains. But basically when I take a vacation dedicated to rock climbing I like to build up my strength and climbing at an indoor gym 4-5 times a week prior to leaving. That way I can get the most out of my trip by being able to climb a wider range of routes.
Yes, I have a phobia. I hate heights. If I’m on a rope I’m great, but I can’t stand at the edge of a cliff.
